1. Agreement to Terms
By using this website or any services provided by Lanco Ignite, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Lanco Ignite provides digital marketing, website design, SEO, CRM, automation, and IT services for businesses. Specific services are outlined in your service agreement.
3. Billing
Plan prices and setup fees are listed on our Plans page. Ad spend is billed separately. Payment is due according to your billing cycle. Late payments may result in service interruption.
4. SMS and Email Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Lanco Ignite related to your inquiry, account, or service. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
5. Website Ownership and Hosting
The one time setup fee paid at the start of any Lanco Ignite plan covers the design and build of your website. Your website belongs to you from the day it launches. If you cancel your plan for any reason, your site stays yours. We will move your site to standalone hosting for $20 per month billed directly. You will never lose your website because you changed plans or left Lanco.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of LancoTech LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lanco Ignite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the preceding 30 days.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Setup fees are non refundable. Monthly fees are not prorated for partial months.
