These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all websites, software, services, communications, and materials provided by LancoTech LLC (“LancoTech,” “Lanco,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including but not limited to https://www.lancoignite.com, any client portals, CRM systems, messaging platforms, automation tools, AI assistants, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.


Acceptance of Terms

THESE TERMS INCLUDE A MANDATORY ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. PLEASE REVIEW CAREFULLY.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and LancoTech LLC. By accessing, browsing, submitting information to, or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.


1. General Information

LancoTech LLC provides technology services including, but not limited to:

  • CRM systems
  • Marketing and sales automation
  • AI assistants and workflows
  • Messaging and communications tools
  • Website and funnel development
  • Consulting and implementation services

Information provided on our websites or through our Services is for general informational and business purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.


2. Accounts & Eligibility

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account, including actions by authorized employees, contractors, or representatives.
  • Accounts may not be shared outside your organization without written permission.
  • Competitors may not access the Services for benchmarking, copying, reverse engineering, or competitive analysis.

3. Scope of Services

(a) Website Access

  • Public website content is provided “AS IS.”
  • Content may be updated, modified, or removed at any time.

(b) CRM, Automation & Messaging Services

Lanco provides access to CRM, automation, AI, and messaging services powered by third-party platforms (including GoHighLevel and telecommunications carriers).

You acknowledge that:

  • Messaging (SMS/MMS, calls, emails) is usage-based and non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for compliance with TCPA, CTIA, CAN-SPAM, carrier rules, and all applicable laws.
  • Lanco may assist with A2P registration but cannot guarantee carrier approval or message delivery.
  • Abuse, excessive usage, or violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

(c) Websites & Funnels

  • Website and funnel assets may be hosted within Lanco-managed platforms.
  • Hosting and publishing require an active subscription.
  • Templates, automations, and system configurations remain Lanco intellectual property.
  • Client-provided content remains client property.

(d) Consulting & Agency Services

  • Services are billed as agreed in writing.
  • Fees are non-refundable once work begins.
  • Suspension for non-payment may result in service interruption or removal of hosted assets.

4. SMS & MMS Messaging Terms

SMS Terms of Service

Program Name: LancoTech LLC SMS Notifications

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website forms, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from LancoTech LLC (Lanco) to keep you informed about business-related communications.

These messages may include, but are not limited to:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Responses to inquiries and consultation updates
  • Service-related notifications
  • Follow-up communications
  • Optional marketing or promotional messages (only if separately consented)

Cancellation

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, you must opt in again through our website forms.

Important Information

Privacy

All SMS opt-in data and consent records are maintained securely and will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with affiliates or third parties for marketing purposes.

Prohibited Content

Our SMS messages will never contain:

  • Phishing, smishing, or social engineering attempts
  • Illegal content in violation of federal or state laws
  • SHAFT content (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco) that does not meet applicable regulations

Recurring Messages Disclosure

By opting into our SMS messaging program, you authorize LancoTech LLC to send recurring SMS/MMS messages to the mobile phone number you provide. Message frequency varies depending on your engagement and selected services.

You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.


5. Acceptable Use & Restricted Activities

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Send unsolicited or unauthorized communications
  • Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code
  • Misrepresent your identity or business
  • Engage in deceptive, misleading, or abusive practices
  • Circumvent carrier, platform, or regulatory rules

Lanco reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without refund.


6. Billing & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled.
  • Usage-based messaging fees are non-refundable.
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
  • Chargebacks are prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
  • Prices may change upon renewal with prior notice.

7. Cancellations & Data

  • You may cancel services by submitting our official cancellation request.
  • Fees already paid are non-refundable.
  • Phone numbers and data must be ported out prior to cancellation if desired.
  • Data may be deleted after cancellation and is your responsibility to export.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Lanco retains all rights to its systems, templates, workflows, automations, and configurations.
  • Client-owned content remains client property.
  • No ownership transfer of platform assets is granted.

9. Disclaimers

Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We do not guarantee:

  • Specific business results
  • Carrier approvals or delivery
  • Uninterrupted service
  • ROI or revenue outcomes

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LancoTech LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of accrual.


11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LancoTech LLC from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.


12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Governed by the laws of the State of Florida
  • Service-related disputes resolved via binding arbitration in Florida
  • Class actions are waived

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
